Bongtime's trichome jungle seeds Mantis F2

hi there everyone here is my new grow its Trichome jungle seeds Mantis f2
i have 8 seeds germed and there just starting to grow!! when ready they will be transplanted to a hydrogarden ebb and flood table..here is a pic of the seedlings...Atb Bongtime

Sorry everyone i forgot to update so here they are they have been in the system for about 5 days there on ec0.6 and ph5.5 - ph6.2 i am feeding them
house and garden root excellerator,multyzim,flora series 3 part here is the pic..they are only getting 250watts m/h but this is changing to 400watt m/h
for veg i am using an adjust a wing shade & i am using the heat shield i notice the block a lot of light should i remove the heat shield or do they work??
