Bottom Fan Leaves Spotted And Yellow.

Hey all, was wondering if someone can tell me the cause of this. The lowest fan leaves of both of them have done this, I've plucked 1 set already off each. They're a Jacks Cleaner 2, and
'a' Northern Lights.
Same age, which is 4 wks, and same soil, which is a 70/30 mix of commercial organic seed mix and fresh EWC.
They're getting a botanical tea every week and a foliar feed in between.

Theres holes drilled in the bottom of the cups, maybe not enough....something else to look into, thanks.

The drainage looks find to me. I'm kinda with the diesel guy here.
