Bottom sun leafs are yellowing and have brown spots.

Plant is 12 weeks old
Strain is blue cheese
NPK is 9-4-12
Water PH is 6.7

It looks like nutrient lockout to me, but I'm a novice and not really sure how to proceed at this point. As I have already lost 2 leafs on the bottom already about a week ago. Any advise at this time would be highly appreciated, thanks
