bowl piece broke and stuck

i have a mobius matrix one of my favorite pieces, shit got stuck while trying to pull it n broke off . my guess was its was really cold that night and the resist made it stuck like glue. any advise on this?

use a wire coat hanger or something similar make a hook on the end stick it down inside and use the hook to pull the broken piece out

You should put a few drops of some kinda cooking oil around the rim and let it seep in. After that try the hanger idea again.... If that doesnt work, mabye submerge in a pot of hot water to loosen it up.

As a glassblower....Glass breaks, and that is our job security.

shit work ya . put it in boiling hot water n pull it off with a hanger .thank guys ya life saver . been stuck over a week now . salt and alcohol make it look brand freaking new

Just wanted to chime in that, the hanger move has helped me countless times. Sorry to hear about the breakage though.
