That's what i mentioned in my earlier post. I seen the leaves were being eaten by something. He said he didn't see bugs, but something is eating his leaves.

You got a cat or something?

what’s with the missing or cut off parts??
it’s not the light,..
what are you feeding and how much?
what size pot is it in?
also raise ph to 6.8,..

How big was the top you removed? Looks like these leaves were shaded, not getting much light, and then got blasted when the terminal bud was removed.

Didn’t trim any top just took out dead leaves

I didn't think you had topped it. Doesn't look like anyone is really agreeing on what is wrong with it. Sorry, man. I tried to help and tag someone for you. Hopefully someone will get a notification from my comment and revisit the issue.

Is your plant doing any better?
