Brown/Orange leaves in veg

1 of the plants out of the 12 has this weird brown/orange discolouration on a couple of the leaves on that plant It’s a little confusing to me as all the other plants seem completely fine

I’m doing a decent bit of defoliation today so was considering taking the leaf off to seed if it helps anything but I was gonna also ask on here first

Update: started to pull all the plants out for the defoliation and found one with another issue on the leaves, but seems to be from just not getting enough light to me but I could be wrong

I'd say lights a little high in the tent.
What light do you have. How high above the canopy?
Power setting if your light has a dial.?

Tent's pretty crowded.
