your issue is or was a calcium deficiency and during that time there was a bit of light stress..
not much you can or should do now other than get feeding correctly and feed every watering..
when growing using all organic medium and nutrients than there’s NO need to ph anything..
your ph adjuster is probably synthetic and killing your soil, even if using something organic to ph is something i wouldn’t do to an organic medium..
your feeding toooo many different nutrients and feeding too much of an amount..
raise the light 6- 10 inches while a plant is not healthy regardless of issue..

And watering every three days is too much and will lead to over watering which damages the roots to the point where the plants can't get the nutrients from the medium and start to look like that.

Only thing you can do is water with microbes, stop over watering and see if the roots start growing healthy again.

You'll do better the next go around.👍

I water them when they're dry I said about every third day. I don't think it's an overwatering issue.

This is her today I tried a yesterday flush and seeing if anything changes. Any thoughts about what this could be?

In my opinion it looks like to much nutes or nute lock, autoflowers do not need to much food or flowering agent.
