Look at the underside of the leaves. That looks like bug damage to me.
 
What stage of growth are you in? Make sure you eliminate pest possibilities. Always treat with cal mag. And depending upon stage of growth, silica.

Okay so, day 35 blackberry auto. I feed with 1 ml of biobizz products ( biobloom,biogrow,calmag(0.5),top max, biobeaven, algae mix).

Sure. I use 5 gallon smart pot. I go by th the feel of the bag, if it's lite, I water. Typically 2 gallons of water is perfect for a watering. Just find a happy sweet spot with her. And whatever your numbers call for nutrition wise per gallon, cut it in half. So 2 gallon, give it normal numbers. 😉
