Brown streaks

This Purple Haze was started indoors in Feb and Planted outdoors 3 weeks ago
soil ph 6.5 a mix of peat moss, perlite, lime and dirt

These leaves were clear and healthy yesterday after a major pruning. I removed about 70% of the foliage and today the streaks showed up

Maybe a leaf spot fungus?

I believe that creates yellow spots that brown out over time. This was an overnite brown streaking spread over veins and leaf matter.
I did spray w/ a neem oil/copper fungicide solution, just in case it's fungus related
This is my 1st outdoor grow, since Illinois is now legal. I'm not brave, as much as greedy....looking for a bit more than 1-2 ounces /plant.
