Alright, now that we have a spot for this here I am. Sorry for the delay, new job is a pain and finding time to write and take pictures has been a nightmare. Have to recover all my early veg photos from my old device, but getting ready to hit the flip now I think. These girls are starting to reach, kinda vertically limited with my current setup. Popped seeds in rockwool plugs, 100% germ rate. Once roots showed, i dropped some mykos in the hole of some 4x4 blocks, let them root through and stacked them on a 6x6 quick drain block. Had a pretty decent run so far. Had big intentions for this grow to do some side by side light comparisons, and ran short on time. Each girl has her own light, just not chambered as intended. As I suspected though, my no brand 100w I got in a cheap kit does have the tallest shoots under it.

Coming in to week 2, had some issues. My strongest runner suffered a massive, well, im not sure what. Looked underwatered, but all of them get the same amount each feeding and produce similar runoff. Bouncing back now, but definitely not gonna be a yielder. Good to know with good genes and good feeds these plants are hard to kill, but may cull one out to make space for other 2 which are starting to see some stretch.

Really been an easy grow, minus whatever happened to this one plant. They have been very responsive to nutrient and light adjustments and giving quick responses to those adjustments making this a really easy strain so far. Less definitely seems to be more on these girls, and as always consistency is key. Haven't seen more than a 12 degree night/day temp differential since removed from seedling area. Starting to push those down, pretty dialed in with 70°/78° night/day currently, gotta get more power to run my ac to see below 70° in the room but ambient weather is holding steady enough I think I can hold on another week. Finding time between work and kids starting school is gonna make that a challenge.

Day 2 of third week. Had to check dates to be sure, flipped the 4th. Managed to bring back the struggling girl, only had 2 lower fans fully die off, plucked 8-10 that had some severe die back. The other 2 are EXPLODING! Very impressed with how fast these girls are stretching out.

Small update, day 37. These girls are getting FROSTY! Even the lower fans are starting to get some frost on them.

Had some time for a more in depth update. The expression off these beans is incredible. 3 totally different plants from fan blade width, bud structure, stretch symmetry...only thing they have in common is this lemon note that has been shifting into a sweet something I cant quite distinguish.

I seem to have missed a week here...few updates. Cut a small branch at beginning of week and dried for 4 ½ish days and rolled it up. Very, very fruity on the front end with a pretty clean burn. Pulling nutes back ar this point almost to half feed and they seem to love it. The way the bud builds on this strain is CRAZY. Or its just heavy foxtailing, but every bag of bubba kush ive ever seen is little popcorn buds and I never knew why till I saw these buds develop. Probably my easiest run ever, only a few hiccups.

Home stretch. Everything finishing up great. Oddly my house smells dank and my bud room smells like floral flowers, have 2 filters recirculating in the lung room and a 3rd venting out of the room.

Day 63!!! Not quite there yet. This bubba kush just keeps pushing, but the aroma shift in the room is amazing. Switched away from a fruity smell and starting to move into a raw dankness thats starting to follow me around when I leave the house lol. 3 carbon filters circulating in the room and I still cant contain it.

Well its done. Pulled the chop last night tried whole plant hang but had colas pressing on each other so had to snip a few branches.

Got everything dried and trimmed. Most satisfying smoke ive had in a long time, and my definite favorite as far as highs that dont knock me out cold. Very energetic and motivating high, while being stoney enough that not much can be accomplished except listening to good tunes lol.
