Hey whats up fellas. Quick question about these legends. Ive hears the Katsu was from an s1 that came from Pre98. Just wondering if anyone knew the true story about this or may have more info on both. The genetics and what not.I was kickin the idea around to reverse one, probably Katsu and pollenate Pre98 and see what happens. If the S1 story is true, Id just be making more S1s.
Any and all thoughts will be welcomed. Thanks fellas.

Katsu is a p98bubba S1. fyi, you could get some cannabiogen purple peyote beans. They already did the work.

And it came from the Organkid Bubba Kush s-1's sold on Heaven's Stairway in 2005

Lots of stories I just did a google search and I saw articles saying Katsu was the original and others that say Pre 98 was first. Katsu is a dank cut bottom line and any cross will be a killer cross with bubba kush in it. Dr. Greenthumb did katsu on katsu not katsu on pre 98 I thought prodigy?

Damn, great info guyz. Didnt know Organkid ever made a drop. Thats cool. Greenthumbs gear is all Katsu I thought. And the 91' cut? Lol, any pics? I heard ofa 76' Bubba too. Crazy shit.

he also released the OGER KUSH & BANANA KUSH at the same time back then, and not to be bragish but it was my pushing that got them put on week-end special for $75.00 back in the day..

Yeah that sucks. He brought alot to the table for us. Do you know whatelse he did that we see alot? Alot of stories. Ill post a couple pics of my cuts when I get home. Pre98's, I was told anyway....

not really those three were the ones myself and my circle of ppl back then were into, i know there were many more but i cant speak to those because they were not on my radar and after things went south for him we just moved on...

still id like to see your cuts!!...

Thats awesome to have been in THAT circle! You deserve it tho Jaws. Youve paid your dues for sure. Kinda sucks he disappeared. It be cool to kick it with him for a few. Listen to stories that legends were made from.
Did that Ogre make monster calyxes? I remember seeing pics of a strain they called Ogre in an older High Times. Looked badass!

cant remember my friend that seems like forever ago and ive been through so many others sence then, i did hear some talk that the BANANA came from a OGER PHENO ahh i dont know about that one...

most deffinetly payed my way to where im at now so things are sweet for me these days but im always thankful for everything i get STILL........

Jaws, you certainly have man. And that humble modesty is an awesome charateristic you have. Pleasure having you around anf as a freind. Im sure youve worked Bubba's throughout your adventures, which was your fav? Whats your take on a Katsu Pre98 bx? If Katsu is a Pre98 s1, would it be a stable line or viable project? Leadsled mentioned Cannabiogen done this project already, but I havent researched it yet.

nope dr G's new bubba is the 98 x katsu he told me himself the old one was a katsu s1 the original bubba or pre 92 cut is the one bodhi uses in his bubba crosses like my fav instant karma but snow high seeds uses the 91 bubba cut he just posted info on it at bbay

Thanks for the update on stuff ProdigyGrower. Good info for sure. Wonder why the 91' and 92' arent spoken about as much as Katsu or Pre98? Shit, this is gettin deep in the Bubba conversation! Lol. Anyone have any knowledge of her true genetics? For years I was under the impression it was another unique, badass Afghan. ????

from what I understand the Oregon affy clone and bubba are one in the same and the reason they are not talked about is prolly because they are much harder to get or people have them and think its the 98 or katsu.
