Woke up this morning and the cat snuck into the room with the clones and started eating skunk#1, then puked it all over the floor. No major damage fortunately.

Goat is a very tasty meal if it's cooked right. But if I did sausages I would use something like a pork shoulder and mix it into the meat. At least, that's how we always made venison sausages when I was a kid.

Goat meat would sell really well here in N. Seattle.

There are some excellent middle eastern dishes using goat, but, generally, i agree.

Yeah, goat has an interesting texture to it. Had it in an Indian dish, and probably wouldn't do it again. Lamb, however, is damn good. Will eat it any chance I get.
