Bud Rot is Killing Me!

FYI…Don’t be too concerned about a highly pure kief with dry ice and 220 micron screen. Even the kief contains 10% leaf material (which I estimate is high), you’re smoking 90% trichomes. When you smoke a joint of weed you’re smoking roughly 90-95% leaf, 5-10% trichomes, and paper. Makes kief look pretty damn good if you ask me. It tastes good, kicks like a mule, much purer than a bud, and can be smoked immediately after making. Win…win.

No argument From me! You can tell how pure it is, if you put it in cellophane and try and press it with a hot water bottle! Hell yes, it’s better than smoking bud!

I’ll take your word for it! L O L! The voice of experience! I use bud for my edibles! But I only make canna butter, and then brownies!

I decarb it in the oven for half and hour then add it to melted butter and heat it and stir until blended. Works great for anything.
Have to admit, it's not as potent as the oil, but still works the way it should.

So I finally got around to trying some of my Nightmare crop. Recap: storm hit, fucked up my plants, I had to harvest about two weeks early, lost half to bud rot, had just fed plants and never had a chance to flush.

I dried and the weed has been curing in mostly grove bags and one jar for 9 weeks. I tried the Maui Wowie and it is strong as fuck, with a fruity after taste. I smoked a good size blunt last night. At first it wasn't hitting me so I kept right on tokin! After about 20 minutes, I felt like I was tripping! Seems like the dispensary shit punches you in the face immediately. This stuff is really smooth and takes it's time kicking it; once it does though, wow! I would bet it's north of 20% TCH

I finally tried the weed in the grove bags and I am not impressed. In fact, I will be removing it from the bags and placing it in jars. The weed in the Jars had nice tight buds and a very good smooth taste and smell. The weed in the bags seems immature still. Loose and fluffy, stronger more pungent smell, and is not as dry. Note: All the weed went into the bags or jars within a day of each other. All the plants were mixed up. Could be user error, but I'm going with Jars from now on unless a time conflict precludes burping jars.
