yes it’s Botrytis which is a systemic disease and air born spread mostly caused by plant making to much sugar , you can cut it out and make up a bi carbonated spray I tea spoon in 500 ml ph correct water spray on the area after you have cleaned it out the bi carb will help it stop making so much sugar it that area .
