Bud site growth light in color?

Hey all. On a couple of my plants there's a bit of growth at the bud sites (I think that's what they are?) That looks light green whereas the rest of the plant is nice and dark green. Rest of the leaves look good for the most part. Is it a nitrogen or a light deficiency? I'm just starting week 4 of veg, plants were transplanted a few days ago. I was in happy frog and transplanted into ocean forest. I've given almost no nutes so far and done no defoliation. Color in pic isn't fully accurate due to blurples but it does show the lighter color.

Forgot to mention I was probably 3 or 4 days late on the transplant so plants were slowing growth for a bit.

It’s fine, new growth like that starts light green and gets darker as the leaf grows. I had the same question too when I was growing

It's iron deficiency but it usually solves itself in a couple days.
