Hard to say if it will need support just by looking at the pic. It doesn't hurt to use stakes even if you don't need it. You can add stakes anytime. Doing it now would help spread the plant out. The outside branches that are not upright will be the ones that need it the most. You don't have to stake all of them. Start off with 4 stakes on the corners and spread it out.

I have been pulling what's left of my hair out over this and I counted 21 colas, I have been worried about it as I know they can damage water retention. Also LST is now almost impossible using the sides of the pot (I have a 1m x 1m grow tent) so spreading out the colas is a f#@&ing nightmare. Can you send me some examples as a starting point? This was a noob error, I am going to set up a self draining system so that I have no need to move the plants while they are in flower.

The ladies are looking good, just going into week 6 of flowering (day 34)
