Budget DIY COB/LED build. 2x4

I have a veg space that is 2x4x4 and made of wood. Currently run 4-bulb T-12 fluorescent (160w). Looking to upgrade lights with QB/Cobbs. Worry about heat and height available.

I have two mars ts600 available, but the heat they produce makes me nervous in the short wood box.

Looking into building a rig with two vero 29 4000k cob. Powered either hlg-80-700ma or hlg-120-1400ma. I know that three COB would fit the space better. Can I get away with 2 in the space for veg, possibly autos.

Trying to stay well under $150. If I start to go over that price, I would just buy two hlg65 boards at 100 a piece, or T5HO fluorescent fixture.

Currently growing yellow brain strain peppers (have not got them to fruit under the light.

Just had 6 humbolt dream seeds break ground this morning. :)
