Beautiful! Everything loves zinnias, especially the goldfinches. They are constantly ripping mine apart to get to the seeds! Akkk!View attachment 2252481

Earlier in the season they work over the catnip, now it’s the sunflowers.Beautiful! Everything loves zinnias, especially the goldfinches. They are constantly ripping mine apart to get to the seeds! Akkk!
Love the cannas! I've set myself a challenge and bought seeds to try and grow my own. I know they're probably easier to propagate through root cuttings, but I want to see if I can do it.View attachment 2252499

Ya know i've seen less and less goldfinches at my house and i've got finch feeders with thistle seed. I used to have dozens of them at my old place just fighting for space on the sacks.Beautiful! mr bean!
I love my hummingbirds around my place. I saved one the other day from a netting used to cover a planter at my next door neighbors house. It trapped a hummer from my side of the fence when it flew to her side. I flipped it out LOL it was fine. I texted her about it though and she removed a partial section. The deer just march through our yards at this time of year eating anything green.View attachment 2255144
