May be a menace, but it is beautiful. Those markings and eyes are just beautiful. And here I was thinking the US just has all the insane insects. Hahaha.

The locust (we call them grasshoppers, but they are locust) stayed in my front yard mainly this year, thankfully. Destroyed my balloon flowers. Striped them to the stalks. At least they stayed away from my cannabis. It's a win in my book.
Yeah we got some weird creatures out here for sure, but i would expect you guys to have even more and more diverse.

Some creature is eating my pepper plants, not the peppers but the branches and leaves, almost completely stripped.
But it doesnt touch the chili pepper plants.
Probably some kind of rodent.

Thanks guys, we were incredibly lucky here, an hour and a half with car up north almost 100 death and still people missing.

It was enormous, 400 mm rain in 8 hours and still more rain coming next days.

Many dams that were built in Franco's time have been destroyed in the last few years for the "ecological transition" which is part of Agenda 2030, and now the water just flows into the city...

Back to the last plants, Kullu Valley still going strong, maybe 5-6 weeks to go, so around half december.

I think she'll make it before temperature gets too low.

She’s a primitive looker! Love them!
Top leaves are very thin, narrow, love that sativa look.
Wondering how the effect will be...

From Khalifa :

The Kullu valley landrace is an elegant, slender and vigorous Sativa with great resistance to mold. Its delicious spicy and herbal aromas combined with its soaring high more than offset its long flowering time.

The slim willowy structure and the effects of this landrace can remind Sativa enthusiasts of the old Haze.

Despite a medium THC level, the effects are surprisingly strong, stronger than many strains testing above 20%. The Kullu kicks in very quickly has a long-lasting effect. It is mostly a cerebral high which stimulates the mind.

Making my mouth water, dog! Hope you can get her to the finish line! How can you not try something with a description like that! India! That is awesome man!

Sweet! You went trekking! What were the altitudes? If you have been there, then, you really have no choice but to grow a few strains !Unless you want to die uneasy!

I had mantids protecting my summer grow this year. They were very territorial. For about a month straight, each of my 4 plants had a praying mantis claiming it. They disappeared the beginning of September and about a week after they were gone I got a minor bud worm attack.

If a genie came down and granted me, three wishes two of them would be, An able body And a long trip to India! What a place! When he asked what the third would be, I would say, I’m not greedy! I’ll settle for the first two! L O L!

Thats hilarious!

For the first time in decades I had no bud worms this year. And I normally have my fair share. In general we had a cool summer with only one hot spell, at which times I say hundreds of eggs. Had only 3 plants so spend a couple hours each day removing. But didn’t get a single adult worm - which seems crazy with the number of eggs present. Normally I’ll notice a butterfly (Skippers) explosion during warm weather and spray with Bt starting in June until mid flower. I didn't spray with Bt at all this year. But I did spray with Spinosad twice (before flower) for 2-spotted mites and a H202/alcohol/soap solution 5-6 times (during veg & flower). Personally I think it was more environmental, as the Skippers (which aren’t the source of the bud worms, but always a sign that they’ll be coming) were also in much lower numbers. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I went 3 times 3 months, north and south.

Also wanted to grow the Kerala landrace from South India but that one would finish in januari or februari, thats too much here...

Magical place!🐅❤️🐘🦜 How many places are left? Where when you leave in the morning you say, I’ll see you this afternoon, honey! If I don’t get killed by a tiger!😍

Kullu Valley almost ready, harvested a few branches, more this weekend and will leave a few branches to mature another week or two just to feel the difference in effect between early and late harvest.

Super vigorous plant, super resistant, no problem at all with caterpillars, no budrot after 2 cold and rainy weeks.
These landrace sativas are so easy to grow, i like to have a few every season.
