Thrips more than likely and your seeing there waste under leaves you have a few pictures of the whole plant ?
Are they everywhere?
Are you indoors out outside ?

You're looking at spider mites and their clusters of eggs there. I can't grow a plant without them around here. You can't really stop that damage from happening but you can keep the plant from being destroyed by keeping up on the pest management. Dealing with bugs should be approached as an ongoing process, not an event. Grow enough of these plants and you'll learn to not freak out when they show up and realize it's really a coexistence where you must keep the upper hand through defenses. And if you are growing outside, wait until you encounter weather driven swarming. That one's a real hoot. Come back a few hours later and an entire plant painted head to toe with them little chew dots. When you see that, it sinks in with what you're really up against when it comes to man vs bugs. 🤣

Bigalmoby had it. Thrips waste, not mite eggs.

Mite eggs are clear spheres. Those specks are black. And no webbing anywhere in your shots. Ninjadogma's right that pest control is ongoing, but I think it's a different bug.

You never see them because they're tiny, hide in the tips, and drop when you touch the leaf. Tap a growing tip over white paper - Anything skinny and pale that runs? That's them.

Soap alone won't finish it. Thrips pupate in the medium, so the leaves keep getting reinfected. Treat the soil surface too.

If you find fine webbing at the tips, it's mites and I'm wrong.
