Hello farmers,
I've recently acquired a window a/c unit which i'm going to box up and use as a converted portable unit. With doing so, i have to vent the hot air coming from the a/c unit out of the window, but the window is @ ground level. So i want to build a box to enclose the window, but still allowing me to exhaust hot air, and pull in fresh cool air during the winter (this is the main reason for NOT mounting the a/c in the window). With this box, i want to be able to have the window opened (but drilled/nailed to keep it from going all the way up) and have multple out/inlets for airflow. Anyone have any links, or suggestions to make this thought a reality?? Thanks in advance.
