Kossio, I can no longer view or post in this thread. There is something embedded in it that seems to hose my browser and shuts it down, even with all the tweaks! I'm sorry, I'd like to see and comment. It seems to be tied to the photos.

They just keep rolling along Kos. That is cool that some are your own crosses from last year. Are they getting frosty looking from trichs?

We were hot and dry and then we had some good rains. Last rain was Friday. Now we are in a 7 day stretch of low humidity, 85-90, no rain and some mild wind. If it stayed like this the rest of the way I will have a great harvest and no mold.

Still looking good Kos. They are getting some brown pistils and moving right along. I just love the pic of the bud in front of the tree trunks.

I planted the fringe (edges of fields, opening in trees, along creeks, not all day sun spots) more than usual this year. I have noticed I don't have the 2 liter bottle colas. They are somewhere along the width of twice thumb thickness or like mid size bananas. They seem just as dense as my other larger buds though.

I usually plant in sunnier spots that get 7a to 5-6p or 10a to 8p. I like early sun over later sun. Some of my spots this year only get 6 or 7 hours of sun because of trees or other things. I was expecting airy buds if anything. But the buds have stayed dense but just not huge.

One spot I have gets morning sun from 7a until 11a and then is somewhat shaded until 2p and gets full sun until 5p. Another spot get sun from 11a until sunset. They both have hard, dense buds just not as big as cornfield buds. The one with sun until sunset does have slightly bigger buds than the other.

You must not get full sun all day either kos. Just by looking at the surrounding buildings and trees. Your buds are looking very nice. I mention this because I think a lot of people think you need to have a plant in the middle of a field with full all day sun. They probably pass up a lot of nice spots.

How much sun do your plants get? If a person had a good spot and planted in containers they could move them around during the day and follow the sun. Work but fun, worthwhile work. Especially in a backyard.
