Who will own the solar panels? Can you remove them easily when your lease is up?
Have you done any research at all? Are you aware that the current medical cannabis Market in California is about to be in upheaval?I'm more concerned about LE knocking on my grow. Any advice?
Any specialised attorney who could help me start my grow?

None of that fits the current legal model under MMRSA. I personally don't know a specialized attorney so I can't advise there. But, what you're proposing isn't just expensive, it's highly unlikely given the current climate. You're going to be very restricted in where you can set this up.Hi guys,
I'm thinking about starting an growing operation in California.
The idea is to rent a 3000sqft warehouse, put solar panels (to decrease the electricity bill) and use 40.000w (using phillips 315 lamps).
I want to establish a grow operation and sell to dispensaries or who's willing to buy at the better price.
For what I understand, I need a Collective. Get as many signatures from patients as possible and establish me as a Caregiver. The operation will be "non-profit".
I saw a website (growlegal.com) selling that. It goes from $40 (for 29 plants) up to $800/month (for 999 plants). Looks like scam since the website don't show any address for contact. But is it possible to buy or outsource the job of finding all the patients for my collective?
Can you guys give me any advice and recommend an specialised attorney?
That is the stupidest thing I have heard in a long time. Prices are the lowest they have ever been with no sign of rising. They are building warehouses with 10,000 lights in them as we speak. I bet in the next year you will see good indoor below 1500/#. I only see it further falling once the mega farms in humboldt and the San Joaquin valley really get established. But if that sounds like something worth investing in then go for it.Grow califlower prices are outrages everywhere you will make a killing
