Get rid of the regulator, and just hook a hose from one to the other.

Turn the LP-5 upside down and open both valves.

Thanks for the quick reply.
I thought the regulator thing seemed off... but you're saying the appion isn't needed at all? It will transfer passively then with just some ice, or perhaps dry ice?
