Cri90 on these do they not beat bxeb https://www.digikey.co.uk/en/products/detail/bridgelux/BXEB-L1120Z-35E8000-C-D3/13181815

Or vestas look amazing why do people say dont use vestas

those are office lights, warm lights.

they are not full spectrum.

depending on the part number (you showed us the 3000k one) they are a fixed, limited spectrum.

p/n= frequency
27 = 2700K
30 = 3000K
35 = 3500K
40 = 4000K
50 = 5000K
57 = 5700K
65 = 6500K

Ummm you need to compare them under the same test parameters. Those Vestas are running at about 1.5x the amps of the Samsung... and the Samsung are putting out just a bit less light.

nobody can actually tell you that.

you want full spectrum. you want somewhere between 30 and 40 actual watts per sqft. so, 4x4 would need 480-640 actual watts. that is just rule of thumb, there are other considerations too.

here we happen to have a SpiderFarmer guy. there is a discount code on his sig. might start there.

i like ViparSpectra, Amazon has some sales on them. the xs series uses the samsung diodes and meanwell driver and the cost is very moderate.

you can go with about a bazillion other things and some might be good or not so much... but i can vouch for viparspectra, and the community has spiderfarmer as a good solid member. reputable company and solid light.
