Calcium ?

Is this a calcium deficit ?
I did some cutting and the leafs i did cat 2 of them had same thing as this one in picture, after the cut this big leaf have the same problem? All other plant are ok , except this one.

Its in DWC , all 3 plants are ok with the same DWC, but this one had calcium, added a cal+mag and new leafs seams to be ok .
Im having problem with water temperature its quite cold now and the water was 17-18 c , just bought a heater and no problems now. Also im keeping the PH from 5.5 - 6.5 , had no problems with this one also,is stable all the time.
