I just wanted to do a comparison, which will be more accurate out of the box?

For those who will be picking up these meter, you should always do a calibration test, not all meters come out of the box 100% accurate. The two meter has only been in the bag for 8hours and the test recommended to be left in there for 24-36hour for a accurate reading.

tomorrow I will have the final result.

It's been over 36 hrs, I went longer just to give the 4R silver a little more time.

The winner is the Caliber IV, hit 75% well before the 36hours and stayed at 75%. Pretty accurate out of the box. While the Caliber 4R silver was off a couple of point.

I've adjusted the 4R Silver and threw it back into the bag to test its accuracy.

In doing the test in the zip bag that came with the test, I couldn't get a accurate reading from the caliber 4R. So I decided to bring out a jar and test both meters again. Both hit 75% humidity in less than a day and stayed stable for over 36 hours.

Both Meter is pretty accurate, I just feel the caliber IV is faster at reading the air than the 4R.
