Does anyone know the ppm of calmag straight out of the bottle? I made my own and want to compare the ppm, thanks.

Add equal parts to equal water to test. The ppm will be way to high to accurately measure I would think

But with that said ppm won't tell you if there is a difference in ratios

You want about 120 ppm of cal mag in RO so about 1 litre of yours in 10 litles of RO will be a little under 120ppm

Either no issue. Nitrogen used is no3 (nitrate) if it was nh4 (ammonium) then I would only use in soil.

@BillFarthing Just checking if I understand the Cal-Mag Plus recipe: does this mean you dilute about half a kg of both calcium nitrate and magnesium sulfate together with 40 gram of iron chelate in 1 gallon of water and stir it up? Then add another 99 gallons of water to get the final solution of Cal-Mag Plus?

It should be magnesium nitrate. Calcium and sulfate can't go together or it makes a precipitate in the bottle.
