Can a plant recover from overwatering?

I've seen a million different answer in other places so I hope you guys can help me.....FIRST OF ALL THIS IS MY FIRST GROW SO PLEEEEEEASE BE NICE...With that said I have 2 plants that I
watered equally and one of the girls look SAD. Will she recover?
1) I shifted the soil to try to get some air since they are in fabric pots....
2) Raised the heat to 84-88 degrees
3) Raised the RH to 50+
Will any of this help?

Let them dry out for a few days then easy on the water.

Can’t tell from the photos but raise them off the floor to get some airflow under the bags. They both look ok, the wet one may lose some lower leaves but the new growth will be fine.

Itll recover. Leaves move around a lot, watch this short video. Shows you just how alive plants really are.

Great advice warmer dryer roots help aid in plant health .good call Madbud .

Crazy question: Is there a temp that you can warn the bottom of the fabric pot with that will evaporate water but not kill roots?

Creat the air gap under the bags and you will not need anything else the warmer air circulating around will do the job have a look at my latest grow pics that may help you make something up .

Try Radical bags next time. Also I found that in soil your watering technique is essentially what makes or breaks the grow. keep a nicely aerated medium.
