Can anyone diagnose this problem?

Hi guys. I have a plant which was planted on 10/03/21 and noticed it's showing some yellow spots on some leaves and was wondering if anyone can identify the problem so I can sort it out early on.
A little more info on the grow itself.
It's in soil (as you can see) in a 12" pot which may distort the appearance of the plants size.
It's under a hlg led quantum board 135w and x2 60w blurple led lights.
The tent itself is 60cm x 60cm x 150cm

What soil ? Did you add perlite? Doesn’t look like it drains well - it’s common to have issues with calcium and magnesium with the led light -

what are your watering methods ? What water is used ? Ppm ? Ph?

also what is the white dots on your plant ? Have you sprayed anything ? Or possible mites ?

This is the soil that it's in.
As for the pH I haven't managed to test yet as I can't find my tester right now but will as soon as I can put my hands on it.
The dots are something that have occurred in the last 2-3 days.
I was thinking it may be a water issue or lack of nutes.
Can you recommend what volume's of water you would be using for a plants of this age/ size?

I added nutes for the first time today as the soil manufacturer says it feeds for 3 weeks

So it doesnt look like it has much drainage in the soil. It could be root rot.

It actually doesn't drain too badly, I had literally just watered and it was probably a poor time to take the picture but time was an issue.

After finding my ph tester I can confirm that my water with no nutes has a pH of 7.3-7.5

Are u using tap water ? To much minerals in there will cause the cal mag to lock up- if you using tap water ppm usually want around 200 or less - I think you should really look thru a scope for bugs .

the brown spots on lower leaves will not heal but new growth looks ok so for now I’d keep goin.

but find a ppm meter it will be your friend

Yes I am using tap. I have previously used bottled mineral water on previous grows.
I did ph test some bottled water that I have which tested at 8.0 I think.

Sounds like poor mixing practices for your nutes and your locking out minerals do to ph while mixing. I’ve done it my self numerous times

Thanks for you reply but I have stated that today was the first time this plant has been fed nutes and the picture was straight after

Yeah and 7ph is bad and kindof high. Even with just tap water hopefully it’s ppm aren’t crazy 5.8-5.9 is still what you wanna be do doing.

You should not be feeding that small of plant yet. I think the soil is a major issue but that’s my opinion - I think they need uppotted to some better soil Ppm is more important than ph in my opinion ph just has to be close . I don’t even ph my stuff unless there’s a problem

By uppotted do you mean to a bigger pot?
I was instructed to start feeding around 3 weeks. I saw the spots and used minimal feed to see if it improved the condition of the leaves.

What size are these pots? They looks considerably smaller than what I am using
