can anyone help me out with my plant

can anyone tell me whats up with my plant its my first time growing and i cant seem to figure out the problem

Looks like it's had a few drive bys of mites and thrips. Curling and clawing going on around the middle of the plant with leaves appearing dark, I suspect you've got some nitrogen toxicity creeping in, And/or it's overwatered. Not in incredibly bad shape but needs some fixing. If that is excess nutes going on, you want to get them diluted down as soon as you can so they don't accumulate as salts and then crash your pH.
