Looking for some compost worms and the price online is astronomical. Any worm guys down to make a trade ?

true, i could try and evoke my inner southern bass fisherman, the ground is pretty cold here. does that still work in the winter?

I live in the countryside..when it rains here it's like a scene from an Indiana Jones movie for worms on the ground. These fellas would be like pigs in muck!

That's very true any pet store and bait tackle shop should also have them. That's usually where I go here in Florida

You want red wigglers. You can usually buy them at the nursery. Don’t over do it. They double in population pretty fast. Before you know it your pots will be all worm castings.

Amazon has several vendors and I have ordered successfully from them.
The thing with worms is they need steady food. Their food has to be decomposing.
I found that I couldn't keep up with it.

Walmart has them (for fishing) in the sporting section where they sell rods in a little fridge. Some vendors who sell earth worm castings have worms (or worm casings) included.
