Can anyone identify this problem?

It my first grow in a setup that was badly designed so I have to problem solve every step of the way.
I'm running 25 lights and managed to solve every problem except this annoying water issue.

I am using 500 liters of water each time I irrigate them. I cannot cool down a 500 liter reservoir.
Unfortunately my tap water is 30c.
Would it be too risky to use the warm tap water? im worried about fungus and root rot.

So

A) if you run Photosynthesis Plus, due to the innoculating properties of the microbes in the rootzone--multiple bacillus and other bennies---you can run higher res temps

The bennies pretty much take up residence in the roots and outcompete things like pythium i.e. root rot

This is not learned this is knowledge I've read

Many ppl say they get away w higher water temps

2) try adding an enzyme product like hygrozyme or sensizym

I'll let others chime in on that---im playing video games
