If you notice the roots are poorly developed or brown or thin it was most likely an aeration/overwatering problem causing the other issues like nutrient burn and stunt growth. Can probably be saved with a transplant into the right potting mix and tender care despite it being autoflower..I notice the mix has a lot of bark chips on top. Is the mix well aerated? Does it ball up in your hand and crumble when you let it go? That’s the consistency I like. With not enough aeration the bottom half of the medium stays too wet providing for anaerobic fungi eventually killing/choking out the roots, pythium. If you end up taking the plant down examine the roots.
