Can i change light cycle ?

Its about autoflower strain can i change the light cycle from 12/12 to 18/6 in middle of week 3?

It's autoflower so there is no stress from the photoperiod you give it. We've think about running them under 24/0 it makes a difference I promise you! Unless it's only semi.
