Can I keep this light 30 cm from my canopy?

My light was at 40-50 cm from the canopy, higher tops being around 30. I placed a few bricks under my airpot and now the distance is 30-40cm. Is this too much light or not?

Draws about 150 watts from the wall.

Almost identical specs and design with the light I have. I find it’s doing well at about 18-24”

You can switch on the veg and the bloom lights in flower in order to get closer to what the box says the light does.

Well yeah I use both switches but 18" and higher seems like a pretty big waste to me. I know they're fine at 15" but I'm curious if 12" could cause stress

I’d say try it out but mine at 12” burns a bit

After a few hours the serrated leaf edges are curling up and there's some taco formation going on. Back to 15" we go

Those par stats are always higher than what the light actually produces but according it, you should probably keep it at least 18 inches from the canopy. Assuming the actual par is 75% of those stats, 14-16 inches would be minimum distance from the canopy.
