Can i reuse my coco with some roots in there?

Hey so i vegged my plants for about 6 weeks in 3 gall pots using 70/30 my roots werent like all over the place but i had to yank alot of em out to restart with fresh clones but anyway the coco bags are full and feel like its a waste to dump wana know if i can reuse it has white roots in there but not like alot you can mix it up easily yhe coco and alot of it came out with the plants that were only about 3 feet tall at the tallest

While I haven’t done it, I’d have no hesitation reusing coco as long as I flushed it thoroughly between grows. I would want to get the residual salts from the old fertilizer out of the coco.

I see make sense I washed them out with juste water also I feel like I can just reuse them there is not much of a root structure at all
