LOL, that's a loaded question
My preferred technique is topping, usually twice
I typically use the bend/snap/lst only if I need too, ie: stretching to close to lights

lots of ways man, almost every experienced grower would answer that question a little differently;)

Look at the post "Mainlining" on here. If you want to know the best way to do it, in my opinion, that's it.

That plant is still a rubbery little kid, putty in your hands. I top about 3 times, super crop, & LST. If you want to get the most out of your plant, personally, I've not found a better way to do it. It takes time during veg, but it makes your flowering time much easier, & more productive.
