Can I substitute cfl for led in case of a emergency?

My cooling fans for my cob led makes to much noise. When I have guests can I turn off my leds and use a cfl bulb (6400k)? It's gonna receive same amount of light. My leds are full spectrum. So lower intensity, different spectrum but same time.

Yes, get a flood light and a clamp reflector. As long as you have any kind of exhaust fan, you'll be fine on heat. Fluorescent isn't as efficient as LED.
