Can I use this? (nutrition)

Hi I’ve been looking for a “at store” nutrient for my lil guy.(early veg)
wondering if this would be OK to use for now or if it’s needed at all.
it’s growing in promix soil. I’m gonna continue using unless it’s bad.
I’m planning to put it in a 6 gallon pot and I’m adding nutrients into that. I’m learning that miracle Gro isn’t the best nutrients for this plant though it is only one available to me at this moment and that slow release is bad so I got feeds instantly will that be better?

Hello Chris Yes you can. I will run some numbers on it and get back toy you.

You would be better off with this one.

5ML - Miracle Grow 12-4-8 Fertilizer 1 L water.

1 Liter = 1000 ml = 1 Liter of Fertilizer.

Multiply each NPK number buy 10’000 to get the ppm value.

12% N = 120,000 ppm N

4% P = 40,000 PPM P

8% K= 80,000 PPM K
Pr liter of fertilizer.

1000 ml water ÷ 5 ML fertilizer = 200 x 5ml = 1L

1/200 or 12,000 ÷ 200 = 600 ppm N in a 1/200 reduction

12% N = 120,000 ÷ 200 = 600 PPM N

4% P = 40,000 ÷ 200 = 200 ppm P

8% K = 80,000 ÷ 200 = 400 ppm K

Now take that liter of solution and dump it into a gallon jug and fill it with water.
a further 3.78 x reduction of each NPK value.

158.7 ppm N
52.9 ppm P
105.8 ppm K

If you add 1 L of the 1/200 solution to the gallon jug.
Then add 1.5 L water.
You will have a finished solution. Perfect for adult plants in veg.
240 ppm N
80 PPM P
160 ppm K

Basically 5ml of fertilizer in 2.5 liters of water.
Then measure the EC of the solution.

The 1-1-1 Mix.
1x1000 =10,000 ppm N pr liter of fertilizer.
1x1000 =10,000 ppm P pr liter of fertilizer
1x1000 =10,000 ppm K pr liter of fertilizer

5ml of this fertilizer in 1 L water
5ml x 200 = 1L so 5/200= 100ppm N
100ppm P
100ppm K
A nice seedling N value but the P and K values run a little high percentage wise.
This is why I use the 12-4-8

Tomato feed, on a site called Dutch passion they had someone do an experiment with tomato feed and it actually worked, but your better off trying to get hold of proper cannabis nutrients

It does not matter what hobby you find yourself in A . I find nothing wrong with this Miracle-Gro product. I even went so far as to download the Safety day-ta sheet and looked up what's in it. It's just Fertilizer like everything else on the market. It's actually a perfect 3-1-2 N-P-K Super easy to use and my plants love it. So you pot growing snobs that say oh my god, ya cant use Miracle Gro. Yes you can.

I use it all the time. But then again I grow outside. I use MG for foliar applications. As the season progresses I’ll stop using MG then switch to super phosphate.

Yup, At that price MG just can’t be any good. I’d rather spend $30+ dollars on a gallon of water that contains maybe 3% salt, no thank you.

The entire reason miracle grow sucks is the time release nitrogen. THIS is why it's harsh and crappy yield, excess nitrogen in flowering. Not some weird chemicals
