so i know that a plant is reaching maturity when the nodes go from growing opposite each other to growing staggered. now on one of my plants there is one branch that is growing staggered while the whole rest of the plant is growing with paired nodes, even the branch opposite the one that is growing staggered. so is it possible for one branch to be more mature than the entire rest of the plant?

I'm not convinced on the staggering point, though heard this myself.

Tend to just go by when they show preflowers as means to decide w the seedlings are "mature" & fully determined.

I don't think one branch matures faster then the rest, unless it was givin more light then the rest? I have seen a pick of a plant that only budded half way because the other half was partially under an hps light outside at night. Then again if its doing that I am assuming the rest of the plant is pretty much ready. Is it really big a bushy?
