Are they active bugs or bites?

Get a jewlers loupe and look closer at those spots and tell us if they’re bites or bugs. I would suggest a been oil spray from captain jacks. That would cover a lot of insects and put a film on your plant that they won’t like so it should repel them. If that doesn’t work then try lost coast plant therapy. Between these two I tackle a lot that comes my way easy

Leaf deformation can just happen sometimes. Did it grow like that when the leaf first developed or did that happen when it was fully formed?

Looks like both to me . The white dots are bugs I think. The yellow spots appear to be damage from them eating.

What are you feeding the plants, and what medium are you using? I don't believe bugs are causing purple petioles, twisted leaves, and leaves fading. Necrosis would be the next thing to show up. I would say your problem is below ground. Ph, deficiency, something along that line. You may have bugs also but you also need a good flush and a full spectrum feed
