Can someone tell me if this is bud rot?

Just spotted this strange spot on the top of one of my bud sites. I'm exactly 3 weeks into flower, I don't foliar feed, humidity is kept around 50%, temps between 19°c-24°c (66°f-75°f) and I have lots of air circulation. Ive checked around that bud site and over the entire plant and can't see any discolouration or cause for concern anywhere else. Hopefully someone here can give me a bit of an idea, thanks.

Hard to say what's going on there. I'd dig it out with a clean knife and see what's up.

Alright so I cleaned a knife and got in there a bit, the bud is obviously quite sticky and won't really let me get anything out of it short of being really rough with it and I don't wanna damage it. I did move it around a bit though and took another photo. Whatever it is, it looks like it's just sitting on the surface. Still no idea what it is though, but it doesn't seem to be affecting too much else. Maybe ill just have to keep it under close watch over the next couple days and make sure it doesn't get bigger...
