Anything that uses electricity is a fire risk. I'm sure a 600W bulb gets hot enough to start a fire if it's near enough to combustible material.

If you're by an airport then the helis won't bother you so much, ought to be accustomed to it. My suggestion is earplugs.

Suggestion for underground build? Start digging.

The biggest problem facing hobbyists growers today is the house fires. It is sad that the rest of us can't do anything about it but mydogisinfrance there are things you have to know.

What is the amperage of all the items in your room
Are you running an extension cord, did you know amperage capacity drops with length?
Are you running cheap timers, have you thought it out carefully adding relays everywhere
Is there a single wire on your grow room floor
Do you understand grounding and what an ungrounded device is, and the risks in your room

There are so many of these I have to ask to keep you safe, it is just too much for the rest of us to do for you other guys. You gotta start asking all the questions.
