I want to put more circulating fans in my tent than I need. I want to give my fans a break by not running them 24/7. Can you guys recommend what your using as timers that are good/cheap

I use Vivosun's timers, the are 2 plugins, one on each side. I also have 3 of the Vivosun E-42A's....they are the controllers for the Vivosun system. I run everything through the controllers...fans,circulation and lights. I use the extra vivosun timers because I want lots of fans.

Smart plugs are cheap now.you can connect it to a phone make all kind of timers in it.

Standard analog timers are cheap, just set the pins to the hours of on you want.
I use one for my main tent fan, hour on, half hour off cycle.

Skip all the junk. Your first 3 or 4 analog failures will ruin your day. Not only that, but most are from Asia Pacific these days and not to get into math but the Hertz are diff......long story short, ~15 minutes delta daily versus one built for the West's infrastructure.

You def want something like a controller from one of the grow gear brands. Whether it is a $50 Vivosun guy a $100 ACI guy or $900 Tmaster, these devices not only keep the time but have capacitors and retain memory in power outages and on and on and on. Then the added functions beyond timers.
