They just seem to be taking forever to turn.
They are about 7.5 weeks into flower in rdwc.
Only my third grow and don't want to go ti soon.

depends on the genetics. Some strains don't turn until after you cut. I see lots of guys ruin crops waiting for amber. What color are the trichs in the center of the big colas (the ones you cant see)?

I'm not seeing the nanners, but I've missed 'em before.

7.5 weeks is not a long time. I would give it another week. However, if you chopped now, it would be fine.

When the plant is ready to give you will get, u cant rush mother nature, nice grow.

Watch your late bloom feeds in your future grows. Too much N in mid-late bloom by the looks of your girl there.

Thanks for the confirmation. I was wondering about that.

Those are mid-late bloom nanners though, most likely sterile but even if they were not they wouldn’t have time to pollinate. Usually takes aprox 26 days to drop pollen, but u will want to make sure u thoroughly clean after harvest. 🤝👏 I want to shake ur hand and give props on ur beautiful outcome on ur 3rd grow! Mad props! Some genetics are herm prone in late harvest. If it’s fire I can overlook 3-5 maybe but anymore than that and I’m tossing those for new cultivar. Not a typical fade in 🍁 might have been a little heavy on (N) in mode to late bloom. They need a little so don’t cut off completely. Just wanted to 👍!

By the way u need a loop or an attachment for phone’s camera to see the trich’s. My rule (depending on genetics) is at least 25% amber and %50 milky leaving 25% clear. The more amber trikes u wait for the more narcotic effects.

So 7.5 is early for a lot of strains. Some strains are eight week or'Some strains are eight weekers some go much longer. You can generally get a sense of when they're getting close when they stop drinking as much. What strain is it?

I'm finishing week 9 but I was under lit with 2xSF2000 in a 5'x5' up to a week ago, 1 week of HLG Scorpion R Spec at full.

Nannars
Newbie here, what’s nanners?
nanners are the insides of the male pollen sac.

they come out putting out pollen. so if you see them they have put out some pollen.

if you had a male, you could cut open the pollen sac and see the "nanners" parts. in the sac they put out pollen till it builds up enough to pop the sac open, without the sac it just trickles some out as it goes

the good news is most at this stage are not fertile, the ones that are put out very little pollen. your plant wont be around long enough to develop any seeds - im guessing less than 2 more weeks, but even three and its ok.

pick them off when you see them, but at end of life like this they are not so terrible.
