Can you Help me about MAPITO?

Hello has anyone had any experience with mapito? I would like to know how much and how long to water my plants in my wilma system using mapito,I hear it holds nute well and would like the media to dry out a bit before watering again,any info would be really usefull.Also any opinions about HESI nutes? THANKS
