Can You Prune Fan Leaves And Bottle Small Stems During Day 21

im currently day 21 in flower and im wondering if its ok to lillipop all that small stems and also can i take off some big fan leaves that are covering light or is it too far along into flower that it will just stress and stunt the plants??

It will work, but they will slow down a bit to recover. so take that into consideration when harvest time comes.
