First grow and getting ready to cut. I noticed tonight that one of my two (I believe same unknown strain) plants (only one) has little “pods”. Wondering if you could tell me what they are please. Part of the normal flower process?

Calyx’s. Or they could be seed pods. Hard to tell from here. Calyx’s are normal and they swell in flowering. If there’s no seed inside it then you’re good to go.

Would a better picture help? Or...If I just cut a little off now would I expect to see a seed inside?

Yeah, i pulled a bean off the other day, ready to grow

yeah looks like Calyxs .. And Good to see More of us VT growers around the farm.. plants are looking good..

I later noticed in your photo that you have something that looks like this and... sorry for yelling:

Another very common type of mixed gender buds is with the production of “bananas” (sometimes called “nanners”) which grow from the middle of female buds.

A naner or two won’t hurt. Just keep an eye on em. Some strains do that. But if it gets bad then you might want to think about it.
