Can you trim in flower

I've been mainlining a plant through veg and I swapped to flower around a week ago. With the new stretch has come a few more nodes and I'm wondering if it's still safe to lollipop already into flowering.

If trimming in flowering is still fine, is there a limit to how long into flower?

I defoliate day 21 then leave them alone after that.

I figured that late into flower would cause issues with bud development from having to recover.
